Is an intentional culture-by-design the real key to futureproofing our sector?

October 2 at 18:00 - 20:00

Please join Women in Mining UK and FTI Consulting for a panel discussion and drinks reception during LME Week to discuss the importance of innovative cultures to futureproof the mining sector.

Single-asset miners through to the largest and most diversified are increasingly talking about the need to prioritise cultural transformation to deliver commercial success.

Whether that be deploying technological innovation, attracting new talent, embedding the right mindsets and behaviours and eradicating the legacy cultures that cause harm; is an intentional culture the key to unlocking long-term sustainability?

While we still have a long road ahead, the mining sector has made headway in recent years. But is it time to put our foot on the accelerator and start doing as much as we say we should – and is our industry even ready?

Please note that this event is under Chatham House Rules. Photographs will be taken and shared after the session.
