Building corporate cultures that drive innovation are critical to the growth and success of our industry. From single-asset miners to the large and diversified, corporates are increasingly talking about the need to prioritise cultural transformation to futureproof our industry.
From driving technological advancements, attracting new talent, embedding the right mindsets and behaviours, and eradicating the legacy cultures that no longer fit in the worlds we operate in; is an intentional culture the key to unlocking long-term sustainability?
While we still have a long road ahead, the mining sector has made significant headway in recent years. But is it time to put the foot on the gas, and start doing as much as we say we should – and is our industry even ready?
