WIMWA Sundowner Event- In conversation with Michael Parker: Leading change across values, culture and decision-making

Clayton Utz is delighted to invite WIMWA members to join us at a networking Sundowner and presentation by guest speaker Michael Parker, Chairman and Managing Director, Alcoa of Australia.
As a global leader in the mining and resources sector, Michael is someone who has clearly shown leadership in embracing organisation diversity & inclusion in the sector. Having paved the way towards ensuring D&I is wound into Aloca’s DNA, he was recently named Women in Resources Champion at the CME Awards and Alcoa also won the Outstanding Company Initiative category.
Michael will reflect on some of the unique barriers and challenges facing his organisation, as well as the resources industry more generally and about the journey to effecting lasting change across values, culture and decision making.
