WIM UK & Mining Indaba

Women in Mining UK is thrilled to be partnering with Mining Indaba once more. This year WIM UK is hosting a panel discussion on Tuesday 10 May from 11:10 am to 11:55 am on the topic “Post COP26: mining industry response & the financing and economic drivers of global decarbonisation”. We will be discussing how world leaders’ pledge to tackle climate change affects investment into the mining sector, commodity prices and appetite for the critical minerals needed to fuel the green revolution.
This year’s Mining Indaba will have lots of excellent women speakers, including several WIM100 alumnae – do check out their panels if you are attending.
We’ll also be at the conference, sharing a booth with our friends at WiMSA and WIMBIZ. Please come by to say hi!
