In this lunch and learn, Kathryn hopes to help bridge the ‘confidence gap’ that can hold us back from stepping up in our career journey.
Some of the issues she’ll cover are:
• dealing with comparison of self against others
• imposter syndrome
• unrealistic expectations of self in both work and life
• building resilience, prioritising self & personal presence
• fear of failure and being ‘found out’
• fear of speaking up in corporate situations.

Kathryn Maggs is a leadership expert with her own consultancy, Pathfinder. She has worked with financial services companies, universities and businesses including Suncorp, Infosys and Genpact.
