Building an Inclusive Workplace: a discussion with Dame Barbara Stocking

You are invited to join the London Women’s Network at Mayer Brown for an insightful presentation by Dame Barbara Stocking, President of Murray Edwards College, Cambridge, on building an inclusive workplace. Barbara will present the seminal findings of the year-long study “Collaborating with Men” by Murray Edwards College, published in February 2019. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.
The research, involving more than 5,000 male and female UK employees, sheds new light on the conscious and unconscious perceptions held about an employee’s strengths and potential based on their gender. During this thought-provoking presentation, Barbara will reflect on the impact of unintentionally biased thinking by both men and women, and how they can work together to help remove barriers in the workplace.
