Men as Gender Equality Allies in Mining

Our friends at Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum are hosting a presentation on the topic of men as allies in mining. The presenter, Humberto Carolo, will present on gender-equitable allyship in the #mining workplace and share what constitutes a gender-equitable, safe and inclusive workplace as well as the role we all can play in creating and promoting such an environment. In particular, he will focus on the positive roles that men can play in promoting #genderequality and the benefits to everyone, including themselves.
