WIM100 ā€œ100 Global Inspirational Women in Miningā€ is a biennial publication that highlights the wealth of female talent within the global mining industry, celebrates women's ā€œabove & beyondā€ contributions to the industry, and identifies role models for future generations.

This year we have women finalists from 41 countries, compared to 40 in 2022 and 32 in 2020. This is a significant increase from the 15 countries we had nominations from when we first started the Initiative back in 2013 and demonstrates the now global reach of the WIM100.
