WiMSA Event Invitation: Women’s Month Breakfast

Please join WiMSA for networking, breakfast snacks and a talk by Rumisha Motilal on: How women add a competitive advantage to the mining industry.  This event is kindly sponsored by  The Anglo American Centre for Experiential Learning.

Rumisha is former Head of Surface Mining and Exploration for Southern Africa for a major mining engineering company. Rumisha has written extensively on topics of concern to women in mining. Her Masters in Business Administration consists of research related to women adding a competitive advantage to the mining sector.
She is also the author of “Women and Work, my journey into “Macho” world”. It outlines her experience of being the only senior female in a mining role. Her ambition is to impact female leadership globally by creating a greater awareness of the value women create to the economy. She is passionate about coaching and helping women reach the
next level of their career.
