About Carole
Carole Cable is the joint head of Brunswick’s energy and resources practice, specializing in the metals and mining sector. She advises clients on primary and secondary equity raisings, corporate positioning, reputation management, M&A, crisis communications, investor relations, and sustainability.

Dale Williams
WIM (UK) Non-Executive Director
About Dale
A former corporate finance banker, Dale has spent over 15 years working at Royal Bank of Scotland and ANZ Bank focused on the mining, metals and the energy resource sectors. He has worked on numerous debt solutions involving acquisition finance, corporate restructuring and capital optimisation for many mining companies.Dale was head of the Energy and Resources sector within Royal Bank of Scotland until 2013, when he joined ANZ Bank to lead the Resources, Energy and Infrastructure teams across EMEA. More recently Dale joined Swann Global, an international executive search firm headquartered in Melbourne which works with many of the world’s mining and metal groups and provides strategic advice and assistance on executive and non-executive board composition and appointment of senior technical and operational directors. In addition to joining the board of Women in Mining (UK) as a Non-Executive Director, Dale is a Mentor for the 30% Club. Dale has a BA (Hons) degree in Economics and post graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance, he also completed a Harvard Business School Executive Management programme sponsored by RBS.

Kay Ellen Consolver

About Kay
Kay Ellen is an experienced business, financial and legal executive in the mining, oil & gas and power industries. She now serves as an independent director on, and business advisor to, Boards of Directors in these sectors, bringing expertise in corporate governance, market expansion and risk management.For 20 years Kay Ellen worked as a senior global executive with ExxonMobil leading teams of more than 750 professionals across 65 countries. Currently, Kay Ellen serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of African Power Corporation, as well as on the Supervisory Board of Thyssen Petroleum. Previously, she served on the Board of Russian Platinum, a platinum company mining headquartered in Moscow.In 2016, she was awarded a Certificate of Recognition in Worldwide Who’s Who for achievement of the Highest Order. In 2015, Cranfield University School of Management selected her as one of “100 Women to Watch” in their ‘Female FTSE Board Report’ and Brummell magazine honoured her in 2013 as one of 30 Inspirational Women on Boards in London.In support of Women’s Leadership, Kay Ellen has served as Chair of the International Women’s Forum UK and currently serves on the Board of IWF’s New York Forum. She also serves on the Board of Vital Voices Global Partnership and Chairs Vital Voices Europe.

Judith Mosely
WIM (UK) Non-Executive Director
About Judith
Judith Mosely is a senior banker with over twenty years’ experience in the mining and metals sector. For the last six years she has held the position of Business Development Director for Rand Merchant Bank in London with responsibility for developing the bank’s African business with international mining and metals companies. She previously headed the mining finance team at Société Générale in London where her focus was principally on debt financing in EMEA and Australia. She has broad experience across commodity sectors, working with juniors through to multinationals. Prior to Société Générale, Judith’s early career was with National Westminster Bank’s International Division and Hambros Bank.
Judith is a non-executive director of Blackrock World Mining Trust plc, a Trustee of Earthwatch, an international environmental charity and an non-executive director of Women in Mining.
She is a graduate in Modern Languages from Oxford University and holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Warwick.

About Nichole
Nichole McCulloch is the Founder and Managing Director of Executive Search Specialists, Clifton Hill Associates. Nichole has previously campaigned for two US presidential elections in addition to holding management positions with a number of US based firms.

Elizabeth Johnson

About Elizabeth
Elizabeth is a mining corporate broking specialist with over 10 years’ experience in the sector most recently at FinnCap where she acted for a number of clients including Petra Diamonds, Pan African Resources, African Diamonds, Lucara Diamonds and Kiwara. Elizabeth has recently joined SP Angel as a director for equity sales. Prior to this she ran the resources sales team at Objective Capital, a research boutique covering mining companies both listed (TSX/ASX/AIM) and private. Elizabeth holds a degree in mathematics from Edinburgh University.

Louise Mason Rutherford

About Louise
Louise has over 10 years of City communications agency experience advising FTSE, AIM and private companies, helping them achieve strong and consistent messaging and an ability to reach all who shape corporate reputation and the regulatory environment. She combines financial public relations and investor relations expertise together with broader profile, reputation and crisis management to define and tell clients’ financial stories. Louise was Secretary of the Association of Mining Analysts from 2006-2015 and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

Amanda Cotton
WIM (UK) Operations Manager
About Amanda
Amanda joined the WIM (UK) in November 2017 as the team’s Operations Manager. She has previously worked in the Democratic Republic of Congo as an HR Manager for Glencore’s Katanga Mining and as a Principal Advisor at Rio Tinto.
Since 2011 Amanda has worked as an Independent Consultant and has worked with clients such as Kinross Gold Corporation, Avocet Mining, Stratum International and AER International Mining Recruitment. Amanda is a CIPD Associate and holds ECA International’s, International HR Practitioners certificate.

Lucy Crane
WIM (UK) Head of Membership & Education
About Lucy
Lucy is an exploration geologist who started her career with Altus Strategies, both in the field working on their grassroots projects and also gaining valuable insight in to the more corporate side of the mining industry. She is now a consultant exploration geologist in the UK, working closely with Cornish Lithium on their exploration for lithium-enriched geothermal brines in Cornwall. Lucy has been involved with WIM (UK) since university, and is also one of the founding members of the London chapter of the Young Mining Professionals. She holds an MEarthSci from Oxford University and an MSc Mining Geology from the Camborne School of Mines.
