Pierre has been with Societe Generale since 2002 and has over 20 years of experience in advising and financing the mining, metals and industries sector. Based in London, Pierre has developed an in-depth knowledge of the sector and is using his structuring expertise to help clients raise financing for their projects across the globe. Over the past few years, Pierre has been advising leading energy transition players on innovative financing solutions, helping create new connections across the EV value chain. Prior to moving to London early 2017, Pierre was based in Hong Kong for 8 years, where he developed Societe Generale’s metals and mining Asia Pacific franchise. Prior to that, Pierre was based in Paris and worked with mining and metals companies globally. Pierre has been involved as a coach for Young Community Leaders with the East London Business Alliance, is an active member of Societe Generale’s mentoring programme and a Mental Health First Aider.

Augenija is a well-versed Commercial Manager with extensive experience in Commodities Sales and Marketing, having worked for over 16 years at global mining group BHP, managing sales and sustainable long term supply partnerships in EMEA, CIS, Americas regions. Augenija holds Commercial Director role at the group handling materials for Metallurgical and Foundry industries globally and is a Supervisory Board Member at International Manganese Institute. Augenija believes that inclusive, diverse and fair environment is a key foundation for successful business and long lasting cooperations.

Aymone has over 20 years of experience working in both corporate and institutional settings around the world, including Hong Kong, Washington DC, and London. She currently divides her time between two well-respected mining organisations: she is Head of Relationship Management at the Natural Resources Forum, where she is in charge of managing the Forum’s speaker line up, sponsor relationships, digital webinar production and marketing operations as well as managing the Oxford Mining Club’s networking events, sponsorship and membership base.

Emily has five years’ experience working in financial PR and communications. She is currently an Associate Partner at Camarco, a communications agency, sitting within the Energy, Resources and Sustainable Economy team. Emily has worked with many companies within the mining sector, as well as advising on a number of IPOs and M&A situations. She joined the WIM UK communications team in March 2020.
