While we endeavour to ensure that the Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we shall not be liable if for any reason it is unavailable at any time or for any period.
The content of the pages of the Website is for your general information and use only and may be updated or changed without notice. Women in Mining may suspend, discontinue, delete or change all or any part of the Website and the services offered on it at any time without notice. Women in Mining shall not be liable to you or to any other person in the event that all or any part of the Website is suspended, discontinued, deleted or changed in any way.
We may restrict access to some parts of our Website, or our entire Website, to those users who have registered with us. If you choose or you are provided with a username and password as part of the registration process, you must treat that information as confidential and you must not disclose it to anyone else. Our failure to exercise or enforce any rights or any provision of the Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.
We do not intend the Terms (or any part of them) to be enforceable by any person who is not a party to these Terms pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
